Effective October 11th, 2019 has updated their PayPal User Agreement stating that any fees charged and associated with the original transaction will not be returned (see graphic below). PayPal fees are currently 2.9% + .30 per transaction. We (www.discountRCstore.com) typically absorb these costs within the normal routine of business assuming your sale finalizes.

As of October 15th, 2019, we will grant refunds for those requesting one less (minus) any PayPal fees associated with the specific transaction. Examples include:

• Cancellation of your order
• Cancellation of any items associated with a specific order.
• Any returns received unless issued as store credit or exchange. This is in addition to any restocking fees assessed
• Cancellation of any known Back Ordered or Special Order items listed on site. ie: The item was listed ** Out of Stock ** or ** Special Order ** on site at point of purchase.

We will fully refund those orders ( or items ) with fees that are delayed or cancelled due to an over site on our part. Examples include:

• Items that are mistakenly shown available and you choose not to wait
• Other scenarios that will be addressed on a case by case basis
